Full-bodied, concentrated wine made solely from Syrah vines in accordance with the appellation of 4 March 1937. Deep garnet-colour when young with intense aromas of grapes and very ripe raspberries, with age it develops the blackberry flavors of Hermitage. It can accompany red meat and feathered game. Lasts four to 15 years.
