The blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot delivers an easy drinking wine, combining the powerful blackberry fruit of Cabernet with the more subtle, lingering softness of Merlot. Time spent in new and older oak adds a clean nutty finish and fine grain tannins complete the recipe.
