Warm days and clear cool nights allowed for very even maturation of our Sangiovese during the 1997 growing season. These vines rest on two quite different sites of our T-bar-T vineyard in the northeast foothills of the Alexander Valley. This is the most concentrated Sangiovese we have produced. Brimming with dark berry fruit, this solid wine is great now, but will age beautifully.
