One of the things I like so much about Gamay Beaujolais is that you can't drink it without immediately thinking about what wine is made of: grapes! While I love discovering the nuances of other wines - aromas and flavors that bring to mind ripe fruits, exotic herbs, spices and oak, I appreciate the simplicity of Gamay Beaujolais.
