The whole berry fermentation has given this red wine complexity and a pleasant expression of fruit. Rich plum, currant, cherry, cedar and a touch of spice elegantly woven together. Has smooth round tannins that finish with depth and complexity. Excellent with spiced pork, lamb, poultry, beef and game meats such as pheasant, venison and rabbit.
