Palate: A classic Eden Valley Riesling with a tight structure, delicate fruit at this early stage of its life, with promise of deeper honeyed citrus notes to come with development in the bottle. It is a zesty clean wine showing the wonderful crisp mineral acidity typical of top Eden Valley Riesling.
This Riesling is the perfect accompaniment for freshly, freshly shucked oysters, seared scallops, prawns and yabbies.
